The reflexology services below are available in-person only at our treatment room in West Lothian
Reflexology is a non-intrusive, complementary therapy. It is based on the theory that different areas on the feet, hands, ears and face correspond to specific areas of the body. Through working these points or areas (reflexes), they may influence the corresponding organs or systems within the body and enhance the body’s own healing processes.
Limbic Reflexology is a reflexology approach which focuses on the reflex areas associated with the limbic brain. All the Limbic reflex areas are found in the halluces (or big toes).
Limbic Reflexology was developed by Hamish Edgar, a reflexologist in South Yorkshire. Having worked all his life in the field of mental health for the NHS, he developed this reflexology approach, mainly by working with people living with fibromyalgia. He has been teaching limbic reflexology in the UK since 2013.
Initially, you will need eight weekly or twice weekly sessions. Each session will be approximately one hour; the first few sessions may be longer.

The effect of these initial treatments is accumulative, and they need to be completed without interruption.
It is best to delay the start of treatments until that time commitment can be made.
Thereafter, a monthly maintenance treatment maintains any benefit.
