Functional Reflex Therapy (FRT)

 

What is FRT ?

FRT (also known as the Rainbow Relaxation Routine) is an easy to learn Relaxation Routine drawn from Reflexology with a variety of benefits for Children & Adults.  FRT provides the skills to deliver a short repetitive relaxation routine that can be undertaken at a time convenient for you.

 

Why use FRT ?

Receiving FRT regularly may encourage the release of the “happy chemicals throughout the body which may:

*  Induce relaxation

*  Help improve mood

*  Reduce Anxiety

*  Relieve tension

*  Support wellbeing

 

Rainbow Relaxation Workshops are fun, friendly and informative and include:

      *  Five hours tuition delivered over two sessions

      * Attendees will learn practical routines to be applied to the hands and feet

      * All handouts to support the skills you learn

Individuals / Families

FRT 1-2-1 training for parents / carers of children / adults with additional support needs can be delivered from my treatment room or in the comfort of your home. Includes all the same training as covered in the FRT Group workshop. 

Group Workshop

FRT Relaxation Workshop  are available to charities, community groups and businesses for up to 12 people 

 

Early Years Practitioners & Managers

The workshop will prepare you with skills to deliver the structured FRT relaxation routine for the hands. 

The intention is for you to provide a positive touch activity to support the wellbeing of children in early years setting.

Your employer will be required to adhere to and take full responsibility post training to support staff who deliver the FRT relaxation routine in their place of work
