Recognise · Respond · Recover (RRR) Training

Preventative workplace wellbeing training for individuals and teams

Recognise · Respond · Recover (RRR) is a non-clinical, evidence-informed wellbeing framework designed to help people understand stress, respond more effectively to pressure, and build sustainable self-care practices that support long-term wellbeing at work.

RRR has been newly developed, drawing on nearly three decades of corporate experience, alongside therapeutic practice, wellbeing training, and research. It responds to a recurring challenge across workplaces and organisations:

support is often accessed too late, resulting in reactive rather than preventative approaches.

RRR is practical, inclusive, and suitable for a wide range of workplace and organisational settings.

The Recognise · Respond · Recover Framework

RRR supports wellbeing through three interconnected stages:

Recognise

Early awareness of behavioural, physical, and emotional signs of stress

helps prevent escalation and supports timely self-care and appropriate

support.

Respond

Understanding the body’s automatic stress response enables individuals

to pause, regulate, and respond with greater clarity, care, and

appropriate boundaries.

Recover

Ongoing recovery practices support long-term wellbeing, resilience, and burnout prevention, helping people move away from “pushing through” towards sustainable ways of working.

RRR Training Options

RRR is delivered as a one-day training programme, with two delivery options to suit different organisational needs.

Option 1: RRR Core
